I’ve had the most frustrating experience with ICICI Bank over the past few months. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years, but my recent interactions with their customer service have been terrible. In June, I applied for a personal loan, and after providing all the required documents, I was told it would be processed in 7 working days. It’s now September, and I’ve been going back and forth with them, with no clear updates. Every time I call, I’m either put on hold for 20+ minutes or transferred between departments. I’ve been promised call-backs multiple times, which never happen, and when I finally reached someone, they told me my application had been "misplaced" and I needed to submit the documents again! It’s ridiculous that a bank can be so unorganized and unhelpful, especially when I’ve been a long-time customer. I expected better service and accountability. I’m seriously considering switching to a different bank, as this has been an absolute nightmare.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Chase Bank.
I’ve been having a really tough time with Chase Bank recently, and I’m honestly fed up. Last week, I called them because I noticed some strange transactions on my account. I ended up waiting on hold for nearly 45 minutes, and when I finally got through, the representative was unhelpful and dismissive. It took two more calls before anyone actually started to address my issue. Just yesterday, I saw a fee on my account for a service I never signed up for. I checked my account terms, and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. When I called customer service, they couldn’t give me a clear answer and just said it’s buried in the fine print. So frustrating! Their online banking app is also a nightmare. I tried to log in this morning to pay a bill, but the app kept crashing. I missed the payment deadline because of this, which only added to my stress. On top of that, I’ve had ongoing problems with unauthorized charges over the past month. Every time I try to transfer money, there’s some glitch. It’s been such a hassle to get these issues resolved, and I’m seriously considering switching banks because of all the trouble. Overall, Chase Bank has been nothing but problematic lately. Their customer service is terrible, hidden fees are aggravating, and their online banking is unreliable.

Yaani, dealing with Emirates NBD has been quite the struggle, wallah! I opened an account thinking it would be smooth, but the whole process was such a headache. The customer service? Man, Santander UK is just the worst. I’ve had non-stop issues with them. Tried sorting out a simple issue, but all I got was a runaround. Spent ages on hold and got transferred to like 5 different people who couldn't help. It’s like they’re just passin’ the buck. Every time I go into a branch, it’s either packed or there's no one there who can actually assist. Honestly, it feels like they don’t care at all about their customers. If you’re thinkin’ of banking with them, do yourself a favour and look somewhere else. Total nightmare.

Honestly, Barclays is just a joke. I've had nothing but issues with them. Tried to get help with a simple problem, but all I got was a long wait and even worse customer service. Spent ages on the phone, only to be transferred around like a hot potato. They just don't seem to care about their customers at all. Plus, every time I go into the branch, it's like a ghost town – no one around to help. Seriously, if you value your sanity, stay away from Barclays. Horrible Service for Customers without Cell Phones.
I obtained a Micro Center credit card through Wells Fargo in June 2024. I was able to set up an online account but can't access it because apparently Wells Fargo can't get an access code to me without sending it as a text message to a physical cell phone. I'm 76 retired and don't have a cell phone. I do have a Google Voice account that acts exactly like a cell phone and can take text messages, but Wells Fargo refuses to use that. Every other bank I've dealt with will send access codes via email, voice phone call or Google Voice but not Wells Fargo. Despite multiple calls to their tech support nothing can get around this. The irony is that to get the account authorized in the first place, they needed to send me an access code by email. This is ridiculous. Don't bank with Wells Fargo.

My Mortgage was sold to this disorganized bank. My payments are not posting the day of or day after I make a payment. So I went on the banks website to make a payment and there is 2 fields asking to post the payment in the field for the monthly or for the principal payment. I posted the payment in in for a large principal amount on Monday 07/22/24 and it is sitting there listed as UN-applied. I call asking why payment is not posted and was told system will do it next week in the middle of the week. I stated then I am charged interest due to this delay. They repeat that is the process. I stated if the payment is not retroactive from my pay date the bank is out of compliance and I can sue the Bank. They refused. Every month when making extra principal payments I have to call to tell them how to apply the payment. I have no other account there so it is totally ridiculous to ask how to post a payment. The Fifth 3rd Bank is the worst bank in my life I have ever dealt with an i am a senior citizen. Do not bank with First 3rd Bank.
